Returns and Refunds


Sain't offers free returns within seven days. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (any imperfection or size problem),  you can return an item within up to seven days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, not washed and not damaged by any man-made factors. Purchase order and receipt must be kept. Followed by return, please send our customer service to saint2019gm@gmail.com to leave your information (name, order number, contact information, returned item name, and cause), and your return will be handled as soon as possible.

Once your return is confirmed, please send the items back accompanied with the order form. You money will be refunded as soon as we receive the imperfect items.


Q & A 


Q1 Can the amount not yet refunded be redeemed with the next order? 

Unfortunately, even if your refund has not yet been credited to your account, it can still not be used as a reduction on your new order. In case of any refund request, you will be reimbursed within around seven to ten days the moment your return package is delivered. Returned items through convenience store delivery requires around two to five workdays.

 As soon as the returned items are received and confirmed, your refund will be credited to your “Online Account”, with a notification automatically mailed to you (around seven to ten days for the entire refund process). 

Should you have no further purchase within a short period of time, you are advised to wait for the refund credited and apply to clear your online account. After that, the balance will be transferred to your bank account or Chunghwa Post account. 


Q2. Is a return or refund still possible if the receipt is lost? 

In case that the receipt is lost, a refund can still be conducted in the form of credit note. Once your refund is completed, you can download the credit note from your order.


Q3. Under what circumstances is a return not possible? 

1. Sain’t do not accept return for items over the seven-day period of trial. 

2. To ensure safety and hygiene, items like underwear or socks are not acceptable for return once the any stitches or label is removed. 

3. Sain’t do not accept return for items with any wear mark, smell, or man-made stain. 

4. Sain’t do not accept return for items which have been washed, altered, further processed, or with labels cut out. 

5. Sain’t do not accept return for gifts. 

*Please be reminded that users making excessive returns with personal causes may be limited for further purchases. Thank you for your consideration. 


Q4. Why can’t I apply for a return even after the items are received? 

A report of delivery from our logistics providers requires 24 to 48 hours. Therefore, please apply for the return 48 hours after the reception of your items. We apologize for any inconveniences.
