About Payment

Two methods of payment are currently accepted: 

  1. Online credit card payment (including overseas credit cards purchases ) 

  2. Barcode payment through convenience store chains (7-eleven, FamilyMart)



Domestic Delivery

  • Express Service by President Transnet (3 to 5 workdays, holidays not included) 

After the payment process and with the completion of payment shown on your screen, you will receive an email as your purchase confirmation. 

Items will be manufactured after the due date of pre-order and will be delivered upon completion. Three to five workdays will be required to ensure the perfection of your items. 

A shipping notice will be issued, upon the delivery, to the email address you provide, containing a tracking number to update you on the shipping progress.

  • Convenience Store Pickup 

 A shipping notice will be issued, upon the delivery, to the email address you provide, containing a track number. You can visit the online information system of 7-eleven, FamilyMart to be updated on the shipping progress.
A pickup notice will be issued by text-message as soon as the items are delivered to the designated store. 



Overseas Delivery (including China, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore,Korea and Japan)


Overseas shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the items. To minimize the shipping cost, we don’t determine any shipping rates without any further details. 


After the payment process and with the completion of payment shown on your screen, you will receive an email as your purchase confirmation. Once your orders are confirmed and arranged, one to three workdays will be required to ensure the perfection of your items. After your orders are delivered, a shipping notice will be issued upon the delivery to the email address you provide, containing a track number. You can be updated on the shipping progress with the track number in menu on the webpage. 


In order to ensure the perfection of any shipped items, and to avoid unnecessary arguments, fragile items (such as glass bottles, mugs, or ceramic cups) cannot be shipped to overseas areas. 


Please abide by any laws, regulations or restrictions by the country (or region) of the consumer. No liability or responsibility is accepted by our company.

Any import customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed are collected from the consignee. 


  • International Shipping   

SF Express   Overseas Express Service (around one week)
